Change of Non-Geographical Phone Numbers

What's Happening?

Due to changes being introduced by the Commission for Communications Regulation (“ComReg”), we are replacing our phone numbers that start with 1850 and 1890. These are known as non-geographical numbers (NGN’s).

1850 and 1890 numbers will be withdrawn and no longer available for customers to use after 31 December 2021. We are replacing the old numbers with freephone, 1800 numbers.

How will I contact Liberty?

We have updated our numbers to 1800 prefix. This means it will be free to contact us. both numbers are operating now but from January 1st 2022, only the new 1800 number will work.
