Private Car New Business Campaign

This is a promotional campaign from Liberty Insurance relating to the provision of €50 worth of Circle K fuel vouchers to customers who purchase a new Liberty Insurance Private Motor policy through selected brokers (the “Promotion”). 

The Promotion is managed by WIN | WIN (PO Box 9653 Dublin), (the “Promoter”) a third-party rewards company, in conjunction with Liberty Insurance. As a broker selected by Liberty Insurance you agree to make the Promotion available to New Business Private Motor customers in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. This Promotion is open to Liberty Insurance Private Motor New Business Customers incremental sales only, binding during the period of 1st November 2020 to midnight on 31st of March 2021. 
2. The Promotion is applicable for new business and transfer new business to Liberty Insurance.
3. The Promotion is not applicable for existing Liberty business. 
4. The Promotion is not applicable for existing Liberty business churned to new business. 
5. Once you generate a voucher link for your customer, we ask you to copy and paste the link into an email and send to your customer as soon as possible. The customer will only have two months to download the voucher for use from your email. After this time the voucher link will de-activate. 
6. Once downloaded each voucher has a 60-day expiry and must be used before this expiry date.
7. Standard Underwriting acceptance criteria applies. Liberty Insurance reserves the right to refuse insurance cover. 
8. Liberty Insurance is not responsible for any lost or misplaced customer vouchers.
9. No substitute or alternative vouchers will be available. Vouchers are non-transferable for cash.
10. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies Liberty may have, breach of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the Promotion. The decision of the Promoter and/or Liberty in this matter will be final.
11. Neither the Promoter nor Liberty Insurance will be liable, either severally or jointly, or have any responsibility, to you or to a participant who receives a voucher under this Promotion for lost or stolen vouchers.
12. The Promoter and/or Liberty reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time. Neither Liberty nor the Promoter accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for: a. any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any network, system server, provider, delivery service or otherwise which may result in email information being lost or recorded and you hereby waive any claim whatsoever for any losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from such problems. b. Injury or damage to the participant customer upon delivery or use of their voucher.
13. Liberty Insurance shall not be liable for any loss, claim, expense or liability to any party arising from the Promotion or participation in same.
14. The number of vouchers made available to you pursuant to this Promotion is entirely at the discretion of Liberty Insurance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the number of customers who are invited by you to receive a voucher pursuant to this Promotion do not exceed the number of vouchers allocated to you by Liberty Insurance. 
15. For the avoidance of doubt, the vouchers available under this Promotion are for the sole use of New Business Private Motor customers that meet the criteria outlined in these terms and conditions. You must ensure that only customers that meet the criteria set out in these terms and conditions are offered a voucher as part of this Promotion and provide evidence of same at any time on request to Liberty. 
16. The campaign is supported and funded entirely by Liberty Insurance, there is no obligation on the broker to contribute unless special requirements are sought by the broker beyond the scope of the workings of this campaign set out above.
17. Neither the Promotor nor Liberty Insurance will be liable, severally or jointly, or have any responsibility, for lost or stolen vouchers.
18. The Promoter and Liberty Insurance reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time.
19. Neither the Promoter nor Liberty Insurance accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for i) any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any network, system server, provider, delivery service or otherwise which may result in email information being lost or recorded and the Referee and Referrer  hereby waive any claim whatsoever for any losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from such problems. ii) Injury or damage to the participant upon delivery or use of their voucher.
20. Liberty Insurance shall not be liable for any loss, claim, expense or liability to any party arising from the Promotion or participation in same.
21. Specific terms and conditions will apply to each voucher and will be outlined on the voucher.  
22. Breach of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the Promotion. The decision of the Promoter in this matter will be final.
